The Water/Wastewater Department Manager will deliver projects per agreed to plan, budget, program and quality. COMPENSATION

**Key Role:**
+ Provide strategic support for new company business opportunities supporting Business Development and Program Managers by applying business management acumen and knowledge of Federal and DoD acquisition regulations.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
+ 5+ years' experience in Contract Administration experience
+ Experience with all forms of government solicitations (RFI, RFP, RFQ, OTA and other forms) and managing all forms of government contracts (Cost Type, FFP, T&M, ID/IQ contracts), including reviewing and understanding pricing, representations and certifications, and subcontracting issues.
+ Broad-based experience in contract administration and related functions, with particular emphasis on Federal contract compliance, contractual risk, cost and price analysis, negotiation and administration of contractual terms.
+ Detailed knowledge of FAR, DFARS and Public Laws relating to Federal and DoD contracting including Truthful Cost or Pricing and Cost Accounting Standards.
+ Ability to synthesize complex legal & contractual topics and communicate to internal or external stakeholders and collaborators with different backgrounds and disciplines.
+ Well versed in cost and price analysis and profit/ fee negotiation techniques
+ Experience with reviewing, drafting, and executing non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, master contract agreements, and modifications.
+ Firm understanding of OCI issues and mitigation/avoidance strategies.
**Additional Qualifications:**
+ Active participation with NCMA is a plus
