Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Leasing
Successfully market, sell, and lease homes within assigned community/communities to achieve company business goals.
Proactively self-generate and manage leads to build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline and ensure community is maintaining pipeline conversion metrics.
Maximize prospecting, networking, call campaigns, open houses and community events that drive sales and leasing results.
Role model company selling philosophy when showing homes to prospects that best fit their needs while highlighting the features and benefits of the home(s) and the community.
Consistently act as a brand ambassador for community, maintaining the image of the company while selling and leasing homes.
Move prospects effectively through the pipeline, resulting in the sale and leasing of homes. Organize closings, including the completion and submission of all closing documents.
Provide timely and consistent follow-through with current prospects and customers from initial contact to after closing with all communication logged into the CRM system.
Generate and manage agreements which may include calculation of sales tax and monthly payment plans as well as running credit checks.
Create an exceptional experience for all current and prospective customers while ensuring all sales and leasing practices are completed in compliance with company policies, state regulations and fair housing standards.
Maintain masterful knowledge of our product, communities, competition, and overall market including product, site, local community, sales, leases, promotions, advertising, and demographics.
Resident Relations and Referrals
Cultivate resident satisfaction within your community/communities.
Execute successful follow up of recent resident move ins to ensure satisfaction and self-generate referral leads that produce sales and leasing results.
Actively engage, prospect, and work with current renters in your community/communities to convert them into homeowners.

The Healthcare Sales Director, Software Solutions will be responsible for being the lead sales person for directly selling bundles and unbundled Elekta software offerings within the territory of US and Caribbean.
The selected candidate will be directly responsible for selling all Elekta software products, including MOSAIQ and all available software modules, Elekta ONE Planning, Professional Services, Elekta Hosted Solutions, MOSAIQ Oncology Analytics, point of sale service, managing the total selling process including calling in the correct Elekta Sales Representative or Sales Support Specialists for support during the selling process. Responsibilities
Assume a lead role and direct software salesperson for all non-bundled and bundles software deals and fully manage the selling process in conjunction with the Healthcare Account Director.
Work in conjunction with Healthcare Account Directors in bundled deals to support the selling process and assist in bringing the deal to closure
Develop a targeted customer/opportunity list, manage sales interactions, and participate in forecasts & book and bill activities while actively promoting, presenting and demonstrating company solutions to customers and prospects
Work with business marketing to help drive targeted customer sales campaigns
Ensure that ALL customers, potential customers and leads within the assigned territory are routinely followed/ “touched” in a meaningful way as to develop after sales, and new socket opportunities
Document ALL activity in the CLM in a timely and accurate manner to support pipeline development and forecast reporting
Achieve unit/volume sales and appropriate product mix in the most profitable way as established though order and revenue goals by finance and senior management
