Provides mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment and crisis intervention services for adult and/or child members who present themselves from psychiatric evaluation with a broad range of mental health needs. Collaborates with treating physician, psychiatric and allied health professional team to plan and direct each individual member treatment program.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates clinical treatment programs for the diagnosis, treatment, and/or referral of Health Plan members with acute or chronic mental illness. Participates in staff conferences to select, plan, and evaluate treatment programs. Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and groups.
Instructs and counsels patients and their families regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens and adherence to prescribed medication regimens, within the scope of practice. May administer specialized therapeutic procedures, as appropriate. Provides appropriate support to members family. May develop and conducts psychoeducational classes and groups.
Prepares intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries and maintains ongoing confidential records. Charts members treatment and progress in accord with state and NCQA regulations and in keeping with accepted community standards. May be required to participate in the department on-call rotation.
Collaborates with physicians in screening and evaluating patients for psychotropic medications, within the scope of practice. Utilizes resources of public and private agencies and community organizations to meet the needs of the members treatment. May develop, implements, and evaluates behavioral medicine and health psychology programs in a variety of settings, including primary care. Provides consultation to other care providers and health educators on matters relating to mental health, health psychology and behavioral medicine.
May supervise Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors as needed if supervision course is completed.
May provide appropriate support to members family, including explanation of treatment, instructions in how to support treatment and interventions to increase acceptance of and adherence to treatment, at members request.
Utilizes resources of public and private agencies and community organizations to meet the needs of the members treatment to include referral of the member and/or members family to external resources, as appropriate. Participates in departmental program development, implementation and evaluation.
Reports safety concerns to mandated reporting agencies.

· Prepare annual estimated charge letters and increased charges letters to tenants.
· Prepare accounting forms including manual bill forms, termination forms, open and close forms, tenant billbacks and write-off requests.
· Track utilities on a monthly basis and assist with utility reconciliations.
· Ensure percentage rents calculated are reflected on ledgers and provide timely collection.
· Coordinate usage of Conference room and assist with conference/meeting setup.
· Order and maintain office supplies while staying within budget.
· Order FedEx supplies, prepare labels and packages for pick up, distribute mail and packages as needed.

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:

Locality pay varies by duty location. A fully trained CBP Officer is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary.
Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency.

Production Management Intern

Job Overview
Bee Sweet Citrus is seeking an optimistic, committed, and motivated student who is currently studying Agriculture Business (or other related degrees), to engage in the management of its fresh citrus production lines. This internship will require a minimum of 20 hours a week, in order to obtain the wide-ranging experience needed to succeed in this internship. Internships typically last three months, however, this internship may be extended based on your 90-day evaluation.
We offer hands-on experience to ensure you receive the maximum of knowledge while shadowing an experienced production manager. During your first week at Bee Sweet Citrus, you will follow a rotating schedule where you will learn all of the company’s departments and processes.
Duties/Responsibilities
You will be partnered with an experienced production manager to ensure we continue to produce high-quality fruit to our customers
Assist with the management of several employees including packers, graders, machine operators, and forklift drivers.
Assist the production manager on ensuring company’s policies are being followed
Assist management with the enforcement of our food safety and general safety programs
Oversee state-of-the-art machinery and equipment to ensure efficiency with the assistance of the production manager
Communicate with leadership to present new ideas and streamline processes
Assist with providing day-to-day reporting to upper management and sales team to ensure production facility is running efficiently
Identify and resolve problems timely and efficiently while providing guidance and training to the production team
Required Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of basic computer skills
Knowledge of quality control and other techniques to maximize the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations
Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently and in a team setting
The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand
The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong
Physical Requirements
Must be able to think rationally and apply logic during high-stress situations
Must be able to adhere to process protocol
Must be able to complete tasks in a noisy environment
Experience
Enrolled in an accredited university or college
AG Business majors or related degree
Pay Offered/Benefits
$16.50 per hour

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the daily activity of a local Outside Sales team
Responsibilities in the Office:
Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives
Assign and manage leads
Track and audit sales
Conduct training, 1:1 coaching/development, facilitate team huddles
Support your team by controlling attrition, critical to your overall success
Daily office hours: 10:00am - 2:00pm
Responsibilities in the Field:
Maintain and/or exceed minimum personal sales requirements
Motivate the team through phone and group chat communication
Ride-alongs for new hires and struggling sales reps
Perform other duties as requested by Regional Sales Management
Daily field hours: 2:30pm - 8:30pm
Qualifications:
3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory preferred
Ability to work efficiently with technical devices including laptops, tablets, and other similar support tools
Innate ability to lead and motivate others
The ability to travel within assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle
Working Conditions:
Office work required daily (30%)
Field work required daily in all weather and climate conditions (70%)
Occasional travel, as required
