This role is responsible for managing a portfolio and working closely with the Operations team to ensure all day-to-day client's needs are met. You will consistently be in direct contact with the property managers/clients to discuss and resolve complaints/issues while maintaining a professional relationship with our clients and our teams.

Requirements:
Ability to pass written exam for PPO license upon hire
8+ years' experience in a field supervisory or management level position, previous security, maintenance, janitorial and/or operations experience-
preferred.
1 year experience totaling 2,000+ hours worked as a patrolman, guard, watchman, or equivalent
Proven ability to manage associates in multiple sites.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in recruitment, training, and disciplining.
Possess excellent communication skills, must be proficient in the English language; second language a plus.
Highly organized, attention to detail, courteous and professional.
Able to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
Strong communication skills, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
Solid understanding of MS Office.
Ability to travel when necessary.
