General Administrative Duties ▪ Triage patient issues to achieve timely resolution. Make phone-calls as requested and obtain records as needed. ▪ For cancellations and no-shows, follow appropriate steps as per policy. ▪ Maintain clinic/patient flow, balancing surgical patient registration requirements, patient appointment times, and non-appointment activities. ▪ Serve as a liaison between outpatient clinics and programs in administrative matters.
