This role will report onsite to our Regional HQ in Trevose, PA for training. This role will report onsite officially with our office move to 785 Arbor Way, Blue Bell PA, by September 2025. Rotational basis, No Night Shift, 3 day 12 hour shift schedule. The Security Specialist, Assistance is an integral member of the regional Security Assistance team. Under the direction and guidance of the Security Director, Assistance, and the Security Managers, Assistance, the Security Specialist, Assistance will be tasked with the delivery of high-quality security risk assessments, advice and the coordination of security assistance on a profile and itinerary-specific basis to travellers, international assignees, domestic nationals, and client's risk managers. The Security Specialist, Assistance will contribute to operational readiness by carrying out tasking to maintain and develop the security provider network and internal Concepts of Operations. The Security Specialist, Assistance is responsible for providing the delivery of professional and effective security assistance services for clients of International SOS to the highest standards of excellence. The Security Specialist, Assistance will also be tasked with intelligence collection, processing, and analysis to provide timely security assessments and advice to International SOS' clients and internal stakeholders, through primarily, but not exclusively, written reports, as required due to roster and surge requirements. The Security Specialist, Assistance will also support on an ad hoc basis with the delivery of security assistance consulting deliverables, client engagements, crisis response duties, and contribute to projects relating to functional enhancements. The position operates for three 12-hour shifts per week managed across 7 days a week on a rotational basis. On a rostered basis, the Security Specialist, Assistance may be assigned to provide support to clients on a global basis by giving preliminary security risk assessments and advice, escalating requests for assistance as appropriate. Shift adjustments may be applied to accommodate crisis response situations globally. ________________________________________________________________________________ Core Client Support: Deliver high-quality, bespoke, verbal and written security risk assessments tailored to an organisation or individual's s profile and itinerary, escalating to senior management as required. Set up, coordinate and monitor tracking tasks using GPS and communication with clients travelling complex working environments. Ensure client awareness of the current security environment in countries in the region(s). On occasion and as required travel to countries of responsibility to assess the current security situation, local provider capabilities and expand the existing network of security contacts to further support clients and aid operational planning. Security Assistance Case Management: Receive and assess all security related calls and ascertain the assistance requirements of Intl.SOS clients. Collect logistical, security and other pertinent information to the medical event/incident. Give security advice to callers, employers, employees and organise and supervise appropriate security assistance accordingly. Be responsible for security case direction and ongoing security related tasks with respect to security assistance cases, ensuring that there is an appropriate security handover of cases at the beginning/ end of each shift. Professionally communicate verbally and/or in writing to relevant parties/clients at various international locations the progress of security assistance cases. Consulting Delivery & Sales, Marketing Support As required, deliver safety and security trainings and workshops as well as engage in client specific security assistance consultancy tasks as required. The Candidate: Experience and Professional Quals Minimum eight years' experience in the industrial security field to include physical security, personnel security, operations security, and classified document control. Experience establishing facility clearances and getting classified areas certified by DCSA. Experience using security classification guides. Job DescriptionPosition: Constable Rate: Up to $20 per hour Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Transportation/Safety and Security ManagerPosition Overview: Under direction of the Building Principal, District Administrators, and Lead Constable, Constables will be armed and will be assigned to an individual school or a campus. They will plan an important role in supporting school administrators to ensure the safety and security of the students and staff in their individual buildings. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in a local, state or federal law enforcement agency preferred. State of Delaware Constable Certification or eligibility for Delaware Constable Certification. Successfully passed a criminal background check and MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory). Successfully obtained yearly Constable License from the State of Delaware. Successfully obtained Constable Training Certification from the State of Delaware. Successfully obtained a license to carry a firearm from the State of Delaware for a Constable. Completed any additional training or education as needed. Successfully qualify Firearms Certification for three qualifying shoots per year. Constables for the remainder of their term shall meet all requirements related to firearms training and all requirements related to any additional training. The Board of Examiners may require commissioned constables to receive such additional training or education as it deems necessary. Provides crowd control in hallways, parking lots, cafeteria, playground, and or gathering spaces and intercedes in fights and other disturbances. Act as a consultant to principals as needed in the supervision of site-based nurses. Serve on committees with local law enforcement agencies related to safety and security issues as system representative or send delegate. Evaluate the School Constable program through the collection and review of data. Establish and maintain good rapport and communication with constables and administration. Support new constables through a Mentoring program and provide on-the-job training.
