Under the guidance of Professor Jyoti Choudhary, we seek a Higher Scientific Officer to contribute to high-quality proteomics analysis, including isobaric labelling, DIA quantitation, chromatography fractionation, and enrichment of post-translational modifications. The successful candidate will design, develop, and publish methods addressing current needs in proteomics and undertake end-to-end analysis of various samples to characterize proteome features quantitatively.
About you
The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in a biological or chemical science, with the ability to design and implement proteomics experiments using state-of-the-art techniques, and perform statistical analysis, data integration, and visualization at a high level.
