ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a team of eight engineers including three Lead Building Engineers and five Building Engineers. Provide team with operational support, ongoing coaching, professional development, periodic check-ins, and ensure accountability with a focus on succession planning. Supply technical guidance, recommendations, and expertise to maintenance team as well as senior management. Lead and support regular property visits to ensure that all aspects of properties are running smoothly and that the onsite maintenance team is adhering to company standards. Proactively develop strong relationships with senior property managers with emphasis on partnership, goal alignment, and provide coaching/support for the firm's onsite maintenance team to do the same. Experience building and deploying containerized applications using Docker and Helm charts in AKS. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), and GitOps.
