Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive impactful employee experience & Infrastructure projects that enhance productivity, engagement and collaboration across the organization. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives from inception to completion, including infrastructure operations, tools, platforms and digital workflows that support employees in a seamless digital environment. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet both business and user needs. The ideal candidate will be able to drive consensus and provide direction to multiple cross-functional stakeholders and proactively manage program management functions and communication.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of digital employee experience and infrastructure projects, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and in alignment with business objectives and organizational goals
Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to deliver cohesive digital solutions
Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption and integration of digital tools and platforms
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among different teams and track performance against agreed upon commitments, managing issues and risks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met
Create project documentation, including executive level communications, dashboards, project plans and status reports. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
Drive projects in line with defined software delivery frameworks and tools, Agile, SDLC
Adept at building strong working relationships and quickly establishing credibility across an organization, maintaining a high level of professionalism
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a strong experience in managing projects related to digital employee experience and infrastructure operations
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues
Change management expertise, particularly in guiding end-users through technology transitions
Proficiency in project management tools, SDLC, Agile and Jira
Experience with project management applications such as Asana
