Maintain oversight and ensure all recruiting efforts are exhausted for assigned orders Build and maintain pipeline of prequalified candidates and propose them to all matching open orders - assigned or unassigned Collect credentials and maintain candidate compliance in adherence with organization and/or client credentialing requirements Facilitate the hiring process including interviewing and screening qualified candidates, quoting pay packages, securing required documentation, negotiating employment terms, and onboarding new candidates Serve as candidate representative and liaison through interdepartmental coordination with Account Coordination, Compliance, HR, & Finance teams and Krucial Onsite Representatives (KOR), when applicable Data maintenance within our systems and computer programs with candidate information and journal notes.
