Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop client accounts and generate new business through candidate and client leads, referrals, and various forms of marketing.
Partner with clients to analyze hiring needs, determine the best recruiting methods, and create and deploy client and role-specific strategic recruiting strategies and marketing initiatives.
Stay abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices.
Maintain subject matter expertise on target industries, clients, and roles.
Review resumes and conduct behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluations.
Provide guidance and negotiate fee agreements with clients; complete appropriate correspondence for each placement.
Continue account development for generating new business.
Visit clients' offices to gain a full understanding of their goals and objectives.
Achieve Direct Hire fees per budgeted goals.
Maintain and track assignment and candidate data in various tracking and order systems.
Develop and execute temporary employee programs.
Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates.
Maintain a network of industry contacts through participation in professional and trade associations and other professional networking organizations.
Build relationships with key clients and business leaders.
Respond to and address a variety of candidate, temporary employee, and client inquiries.
Manage candidate hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top-tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience is required.
Bachelor's degree OR five (5) years of professional work experience.

Compensation:
There is a base salary for this role depending on experience in the industry + unlimited commission. This role offers a non-recoverable draw plus commission structure.

Job Summary:

Salary: $45,000 + (COLA where applicable) + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses (quarterly and annually) + cell phone allowance
13-week training compensation: $16.50 per hour and eligible for overtime + COLA where applicable
