Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top-tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience is required.
Bachelor's degree OR five (5) years of professional work experience.

Compensation:
There is a base salary for this role depending on experience in the industry + unlimited commission. This role offers a non-recoverable draw plus commission structure.

Q39 is seeking a results-driven Recruiting Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire top talent who align with our values and culture. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and working closely with department heads and executive leadership, this individual will own recruitment strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.
This is a key leadership role within our people function, requiring strong strategic thinking, tactical execution, and alignment with Q39 principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
Collaborate with the Director of HR and department leaders to define staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
Write compelling job descriptions, post jobs across appropriate channels, and implement sourcing initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural and role alignment, including managing or supporting interview coordination.
Make competitive offers and coordinate onboarding efforts with HR to ensure smooth transitions.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards, and professional associations.
Use data to track and report on recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.), and optimize hiring processes.
Champion Q39's culture and values throughout all candidate interactions and touchpoints.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, including experience managing recruitment processes or leading recruiting teams.
Proven ability to design and execute scalable recruiting strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
Strong knowledge of interviewing, sourcing, and selection techniques across a variety of roles and levels.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
Highly organized, accountable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience tracking recruitment metrics and using data to drive improvement.
Familiarity with (or strong alignment to) EOS/Traction principles such as accountability, clarity, and right person/right seat alignment.
Restaurant, hospitality, or service industry experience is a strong bonus.
