Evaluates recruitment methods for effectiveness and manages full-cycle recruiting including requisition creation, sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding. 3. Collaborates with leadership to define job qualifications and determine advertising strategy across multiple media. 4. Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates utilizing various recruiting tools. 5. Coordinates and conducts interviews in collaboration with the leadership team. 6. Partners with the HR Coordinator to manage background checks, reference checks, job offers, and onboarding. 7. Develops and executes targeted marketing strategies for open positions, including defining metrics to reduce time-to-fill. 8. Markets the organization to potential employees and communicates company benefits and expectations. 9. Manages vendor service-level agreements, billing, and recruitment service quality. 10. Networks with industry and community groups to enhance recruiting efforts and build brand presence, including career fairs and high school and college outreach. 11. Maintains and updates job descriptions and recruiting documentation. 12. Performs administrative tasks in support of the Human Resources Department. 13. Uses the Company's Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values as guiding principles. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent branding, or community partnerships. Experience in employer branding or strategic outreach preferred. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including recruitment, compensation practices, organizational performance, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
