Must be able to work at 6am some days and close some days at 6:00 pm 2 days off per week
Essential Functions:
Guets Exprience :
Greet all guests with a smile and provide friendly, efficient service
Create a rapport with guestsby learning their names and favorite products
Educate guestsand provide information on all food, beverage and marketplace products
Operate their assigned store station (Cashier, Barista or Food Prep)
Resolve guestcomplaints and guestservices issues
Conduct daily store walkthroughs to ensure alL (DOH) Regulations and orderly FOH
Help maintain consistent high product standards and brand experience
Store Operations
Open their assigned store and work with the opening team to prepare the store for daily operation
Supervise the closing of their assigned store so that its properly cleaned and set up for the following days operation
Supervise cashiers cash register operations, including: transaction reviews, opening / shift change / closing cash counts and register balancing.
Prepare bank deposits and make bank deposit runs.
Assist daily inventory management activities (including counts and product reorders)
Conduct new team member training
Communicate with team members and management to solve problems, improve service quality and store processes.
Support a positive work environment
Other duties and side work as assigned
