The Kith - Treats Shift Supervisor assists the Shop Manager in planning and directing the day-to-day operations of the shop. RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities
Supervisory Duties (65%)
Responsible for hiring, training/coaching/mentoring, and supervising part-time and student security.
Ensure adherence to department policies, security procedures, and university regulations.

These responsibilities include implementing and maintaining security protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure the environment is safe for faculty, staff, students, visitors, BYUH/PCC buildings, and property. Responsible for hiring part-time non-student and student employee personnel, training, supervising, and delegating tasks and duties. Responsible for proper care and upkeep of vehicles, bikes, radios, and equipment, reviewing and approving reports, and making timely notifications. Required to get the State of Hawaii Guard Card Certification.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervisory Duties (65%)
* Responsible for hiring, training/coaching/mentoring, and supervising part-time and student security.
* Ensure adherence to department policies, security procedures, and university regulations.
* Write clear, concise incident reports.
* Complete a Shift Summary after each shift and inform the incoming supervisor.
* Ensure shift coverage to maintain minimum staffing.
* Ensures that proper documentation and notifications are made on calls for service.
* Responsible for administrative duties.
