    Job Title: Director of HR Technology ; however, candidates must reside near one of our office locations. Reports to: Sr. Director, Global People Services & Systems Who You'll Work With The Director of HR Technology will lead the HR technology strategy and execution, focusing on elevating ServiceNow as the engagement layer point of entry and integrating it seamlessly with Workday as the system of record for HR. This role will be pivotal in transforming our HR technology landscape, driving innovation, and ensuring that our HR systems are aligned with the company's strategic goals. Shaping and optimizing our HR technology stack, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to meet business needs while enhancing the digital HR experience and ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery. Key indicators to improving the overall experience will be improved employee support, satisfaction and findability coupled with streamlined HR processes. This leader will oversee the teams within Global People Team who are responsible for managing and enhancing platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow for HR. What You'll Do * Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy built for scale through collaboration with People and IT stakeholders that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. * Optimize ServiceNow as the primary engagement layer for HR services, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for employees. * Integrate ServiceNow with Workday to create a cohesive and efficient HR technology ecosystem. * Define and actively manage the HR Technology roadmap, partnering with key People team leadership to align priorities to key objectives * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on HR technology initiatives.
