**What you'll do...**

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

+ Collect run-time data, "Watch List" samples, & RUQ (Ramp Up Quality) samples on a select number of models as directed.
+ Determine Quick Scrap, evaluate and scrap, or batch like product for the recondition bench to evaluate.
+ Observes all safety regulations and is responsible for cleanliness of work area and equipment. Reports any unsafe working conditions to supervisor.

This is a Shipping Inventory Control Clerk position that is responsible for maintaining the integrity of inventories at BRS proper and other BRS locations as directed. Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements are followed and are priority.
Ensure good housekeeping practices are carried out in job areas and grounds.
Effectively communicate within the Shipping Department and with the Operational Units and Logistics to support coil movements, shipments and improvement to the processes.
Support all functions of the Operations, Shipping and Logistics to ensure appropriate and timely coil placement and shipments.
Assist Supervision with the daily operations relating to operations of the Shipping Inventory Control Clerk.
Qualifications:
Quality, detail and safety oriented: Self-Motivated.
Strong technical and analytical problem solving skills.
Good insight into team dynamics with strong verbal communication skills.
High School diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
Previous related experience preferred.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Environment is typical for a steel mill production area, with extreme temperatures, high noise levels and dusty/greasy areas. Physically demanding work will be required in the production environment and the ability to routinely climb, lift and move heavy objects during shift may be required. This position can and will be indoor and outdoor work with expected environmental conditions. Typical work hours are 12 hour days on a 4/4 rotating shift. This results in working some weekends/holidays and overtime.
