Develop and maintain organized storage systems to ensure efficient retrieval and accurate stock levels. Proactively identify and propose improvements to our current inventory management processes. Take ownership of managing individual client inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and ship orders promptly and accurately, maintaining our high quality standards. Monitor order queues and prioritize tasks effectively to meet client deadlines. Client Coordination Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients via email and in-person to address inquiries, provide inventory updates, and resolve any issues. Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager (and team) to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded. Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety and operational protocols. Qualifications: Proven self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems, specifically ShipStation, Shopify, and Propago, is advantageous; however, comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods. Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively 1 within a team environment. The Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor. The primary focus of the Warehouse II role is movement of product within the warehouse. In addition, this role will serve as back-up delivery driver for non-CDL trucks.
