Job Requirements The Project Services Supervisor will be assigned small scope projects and responsible for executing them at Dynamic Roofing. You will have ownership of small scope projects in the field to properly supervise material delivery and usage, subcontractors working on site, equipment management and ensure full customer satisfaction in the performance of the build. Professionalism and customer service are of utmost importance to solidifying a positive build experience for our customers. This role will also require engagement across all facets of the organization to ensure full transparency of project status to the sales and executive teams. In this role, your core responsibilities will be as follows: * Ensure all customers are provided best in class customer service during the project execution phase * Manage and track all small scope, exterior trade, and residential jobs * Monitor project status and help other departments as needed to streamline project into production * Work with the Director of Operations to cover any small scope items on larger projects (such as punch list or change orders) * Field all urgent requests for resource re-allocation * Ensure all subcontractors are properly documented and contracted to be on the job site * Choose and oversee all subcontractors on assigned projects; ensure that they meet all quality and safety requirements; layout of any corrective actions if they do not meet criteria during project; ability to hire and terminate crews per subcontractor agreement requirements * Build relationships with subcontractors and have periodic meetings with them * Set up and maintain subcontractors in accounting system * Work with Director of Operations to provide a continual critical review of all processes, metrics and reporting to ensure we are providing exceptional customer service, both internal and external * Provide on-site support with production team as needed * Manage equipment on-site and coordinate drop-off/pick ups * Order permits for roofs, exterior work, street closures and lane closures. * Inspection scheduling following mid completion, and completion of the projects and monitoring approvals. * Communication to Accounting and Billing when jobs are complete. * Approval all equipment and subcontractor invoices * Performance of pre-build calls to customer to ensure they have all pertinent information on assigned projects * Coordinates prebuild meetings with sales, estimating, and production on assigned projects * Compile documents and create project binder on assigned projects * Compile daily reports for each commercial project containing pictures and descriptions to deliver to clients on assigned projects * Write and execute subcontractor agreements and change orders on assigned projects * Performance of post-build calls to customers to ensure they are satisfied. * Send and collect closeout materials, such as executed punch list, surveys, warranties', etc. on assigned projects * Initiate and complete any warranties from manufacturers to clients on assigned projects * Assist other departments and the Director of Operations with other tasks as needed
