This is a direct hire, hybrid role in Pennsauken, NJ.
This position would oversee the cost accounting functions at two manufacturing facilities.
A Day in the Life
This is one of the most important positions in the company as you will oversee costing functions for 2 factories. You will be responsible for oversight of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), raw material, creation of polices and procedures, developing production schedules, and analyzing the bottom line.
Integrity, excellent organizational skills, and communication skills are just some of the core focuses of the role.
Experience with Cost Accounting and Inventory Management is required. You will supervise 1 employee.
Job Requirements
You possess:
At least 5+ years relevant, stable accounting/ financial experience
Experience in manufacturing, including experience with cost accounting is required

In depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including financial statement prep

Essential Duties:
* Perform the accounting, processing, and analysis of fixed assets.

About the Role
Essity North America is looking for an experienced Tax Specialist who can execute a variety of tax activities to ensure that the organization's financial resources are managed in accordance with tax principles and comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards and ensure that tax activities are completed accurately and on time.

What You Will Do
As a Tax Specialist for US and Canada you will ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and contribute to our goal of maintaining financial accuracy and value adding services to our business. You will be part of a team responsible for all tax-related functions, including filing tax returns, advising the leadership team and managing tax audits.
What You Will Do
Proficient in tax accounting and knowledge of quarterly close processes utilizing technology in the preparation of the quarter and annual tax provision and working with external auditors.
Preparing and submitting local, state and federal tax returns and other direct or indirect tax related business filings in US and Canada.
Analyzing complex transactions to ensure appropriate tax treatment.
Coordinate and deliver information when tax audits, inquiries and notices from tax authorities.
Performing technical tax research and stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations in US & Canada and proactively identify potential risks or opportunities for the organization.
Preparation and understanding of local Transfer Pricing reports for US and Canada.
Maintain documentation and supporting records related to tax filings, provisions and other tax-related activities.
Who You Are
A bachelor's degree in accounting or taxation, or a related field.
Professional qualification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred or/and Masters in Tax.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong technology skills; advanced excel user and other data analytics tools, Alteryx, Power BI, etc. Experience working with SAP and experience working with tax software such as Longview, Vertex or similar is a plus.

About The Function
Kreischer Miller continues to prosper and grow! With approximately 250 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking busy season interns for 2026.
Our Busy Season Internships run from early January to early April and are full time and in person. Any hours worked during a work week in excess of 40 hours will be paid at a rate of time and a half. Due to the nature of the work associated with this department, it is not uncommon for there to be overtime in the evenings and/or on weekends. It is our understanding that no classes will be taken during this timeframe, without prior authorization from Kreischer Miller.
Our Interns are given a wide variety of diversified assignments under the supervision of talented CPA's. At Kreischer Miller, you will have the opportunity to work with business owners in a variety of industries and learn directly from leaders in our firm. Performance is judged based on the quality of work, application of accounting knowledge, and ability to provide excellent client service.
An Audit & Accounting Intern may perform the following duties:
Learn and apply the basics of the daily technology used in our Audit and Accounting department.
Assist Staff and Senior Accountants with tasks such as mailing client confirmations, updating internal control forms, preparing depreciation schedules using our software.
Prepare basic work papers in excel to test client accounts such as cash, prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, and fixed assets.
Support Senior Accountants, Managers, and Directors on our Audit & Accounting Team.
A Tax Intern may perform the following duties:
Learn and apply the basics of the daily technology used in our Tax department.
Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and/or trusts.
Prepare tax work papers in excel; use Adobe to "mark up" client workpapers.

The Staff Accountant - Revenue Management role will perform month end close and analysis for Generics gross to net deductions and present their findings to upper management and address any questions they may have. They will be responsible for certain monthly accruals related to the Generics division, such as, but are not limited to, Rebates, AdminFees, Billbacks, Cash Discounts and Shipping Cut Off. In addition, this role could be a back up to the gross to net reporting system known as BTI.
