In short, as the Training Specialist you will lead the delivery of and be responsible for the success of the Bridgecrest training program. This role will act as a liaison and work cross functionally with the centralized Organizational Development department for Bridgecrest-specific training initiatives.

Facilitating multiple sessions on a variety of topics to diverse audiences
Delivering highly interactive, engaging and meaningful sessions that drive value, application, and results
Promoting an inclusive and engaging learning environment

The Specifics.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development, or equivalent experience in a directly related field is required

Strong computer skills in all Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on PowerPoint and working in training and development software programs

Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances (generally 1-60 days).

Effectively navigate multiple systems to review account information, process payments and accurately notate accounts regarding contact.

Do you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment? If so, consider a work from home position as a Callback Agent! This is a part time position working from home - perfect for students and teachers.
This role follows up on warm leads, must be able to overcome objections, be tech savvy and have professional communication skills via chat and over the phone with customers.
Callback Agents utilize new and exciting programs to reach out to customers who need help with U-Haul related products and services like truck, trailer, and towing rentals. If the customer requests phone assistance, these agents make outbound calls and answer incoming calls to assist customers with quoting rental rates and earning new business. Our programs isolate moves that are highly productive sales for agents and for U-Haul. Callback agents play a pivotal role in the success of the company as they help to move equipment where it is needed most!
Agents are expected to follow established methods and procedures, handle all calls expediently and efficiently, meet all quality-related metrics and goals, and act in a courteous and friendly manner while serving the customer.
Position Details:
Part-Time positions available - 32 hours preferred.
Weekend availability is required.
Location - U-Haul International Midtown Campus, work from home positions are also available.

Minimum Qualifications:
Basic keyboarding and computer skills
Ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs at once

General knowledge of U.S. geography

Previous sales experience a plus
Training and Education Explained:
Fast-paced, hands-on education working with your manager from day one
Training schedule may fall outside of provided availability
Self-paced education at our very own U-Haul University online
Learn and begin performing some of your job duties with customers in the first week
Build on your skill set through on-the-job, continued education
Begin performing additional job duties with the customer as you learn them
Scheduling Requirements:
The total number of hours scheduled each week will be based on business needs.
Shifts between 5:00am-7:00pm Arizona time
Must be available to work at least 25 hours a week during the winter months and 32 hours during summer months
Weekend availability is required (at least 5 hours either Saturday or Sunday)
Working holidays are required in order to provide support for our customers year-round. You may be scheduled to meet the Team and business needs.
A note about how we schedule: Availability to work that aligns with the business need may increase the opportunity to be scheduled more hours. We pride ourselves on being flexible with schedules, especially for students and teachers. However, if availability to work does not align with the needs of the business the result may be fewer hours scheduled.
The following is to work from home:
You must have a quiet, private work area.
Dependent and child-care arrangements must be made as if you were working in-person at a U-Haul facility. This position does not allow flexibility to be on-call care for others during work hours.
All work duties, including initial education, must be performed at your home address.
If you want to switch or substitute computers at any time, Manager approval is required.
