Seems like a nice old guy but he isn’t !
Do a complete overhaul. Remove nepotism and company structure
I didn’t was hired on the spot !
It is well but no perks and the don’t like to order supplies
It’s a joke no diversity and if you are from a diverse background or culture be prepared to suffer micro aggression, being singled out etc

Truly a management team that doesn’t know how to lead, inspire others and work shoulder to shoulder. They take feedback as criticism and don’t want to learn or develop creative solutions. They throw their employees under the bus, turnover is out of control and management doesn’t care
