Pros of working at Utah Transit Authority

I used to love my coworkers, but the environment is so oppressive that they have all left.

Cons of working at Utah Transit Authority

UTA is a government-funded agency. That means that they do not have to worry about being better at anything than the competition, because there isn't much competition. They do not need to treat their employees well, and they don't. They aren't required to follow many state employment laws, and they don't. They treat their employees not as their most valuable assets but as disposable replaceable tools.
