    **Responsibilities** We are seeking a full-time Cardiac Anesthesiologist and Intensivist with interest and experience in advanced cardiovascular care to help launch our exciting new CVICU at our Virginia Mason Medical Center location in downtown Seattle. The CVICU Intensivist service will work collaboratively with our Advanced Heart Failure, Structural Heart and Cardiothoracic Surgery teams to care for our growing Cardiovascular Service Line patient population. The CVICU Intensivists will be partnered with both daytime and nighttime Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), physician leadership coverage and other supportive clinical team members in our collaborative care model. VMMC is a tertiary and quaternary care referral center, and it is the primary location for complex and innovative cardiovascular care for VMFH.
