Change shaft extractors for respective core diameters used. Correctly set knives; must know how to adjust and replace knives as needed. Carry out functions of the wrapper i.e. set Film Tension, replace Shrink Wrap into Carrier, thread wrapper. Read and interpret information on labels; apply labels onto rolls. Identify the different colors of labels and understand the significance of each type. Utilize appropriate cardboard side covers for final product (rolls). Distinguish between an FDA Product and non-FDA product and follow proper FDA rules and protocols when applicable. Collect standard samples and for QA testing. Add re-feed to the machines as needed. Perform manual/automatic operations of the Rewinder. Read, fill and understand Operator Panel. Know parts and locations of Celli operating devises, such as alarms and lock system. Initiate E-Stops under necessary usage conditions. Work across multiple lines, as needed. Perform routine maintenance procedures. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests; Deployment of desktops, laptops, phones (mobile & Desk) & Monitors; Ensure safe disposal of equipment; Proactively manage Inventory levels within Deployment remit; Work with data entry system to ensure traceability and accuracy; Restock of IT cabinets and vending machines; Manage e-waste solution & donation requests; Collection of IT equipment from employees (Terminations, Upgrades etc.); Monitor, update and maintain SRT/Task queues on a regular basis; Coordination of Delivery of New Hire phones within NORAM region, ensuring timely delivery ahead of Orientation dates set out by client; Assigning access points Assist with Desk moves; Liaise daily with Inventory teams across the NORAM region; Perform regular inventory count and maintaining inventory stock levels of standard equipment; Asset tag auditing and management; Receiving new hardware (inbound stock); Asset tagging of equipment; Participate in daily/weekly/monthly cycle counting as directed by Site Lead; Coordinate shipping to NORAM & Global locations; Any other projects assigned by management. JOB Posting JOB TITLE: Forklift Driver DEPARTMENT: Dry Storage REPORTS TO: Service Manager or General Manager The Forklift Driver is responsible for carrying out operations for the marina. The Forklift Driver's primary responsibility is the customer and their vessels. Every task at the marina from carefully handing the customers boats, to communicating effectively with the employee working the docks. The Forklift Driver projects a professional company image through all types of interactions. As this is a fast-paced environment, must be able to work under pressure. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance Comply with company policies and legal guidelines Maintains awareness of safety issues and reports them immediately to supervisor EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Prior forklift experience - Marina experience preferable. Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.
