ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Move cabinets throughout
warehouse using dolly without damaging product
Load cabinets in delivery truck
Safely drive delivery truck to and from jobsite
Unload cabinets at jobsites into new-construction and remodel homes
Help maintain a clean and safe
warehouse environment
Miscellaneous activities as needed

This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Shift start times are 5:15am, 6am, 7am/11am, 12pm and 1pm and can be between 4-6 hours per shift.

Working Conditions and Assignments:

This position will need to be able to safely drive a golf cart and may have frequent exposure to outside weather conditions throughout the day. Responsibilities

Prioritize, plan and prepare work. Analyze tasks and establish appropriate sequence of operations
Read prints & job orders for product specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances and machine set-up requirements
Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on machines
Set-up and safely operate various machining equipment such as manual and CNC lathes, mills, jig bores, and grinders in order to machine or grind components to customer specifications
Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors or enter commands to retrieve, input or edit computerized machine control media.
Verify conformance of finished work piece to specifications using precision measuring devices (such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc..)
Qualifications

Must have strong math & mechanical skills/aptitude
Must have the ability & desire to do precision work
Able to work well independently and cooperatively with teams
Previous experience lathes, mills or grinders is a plus, but not required
Previous experience with blueprint reading and measurement tools such as calipers & micrometers is preferred
Candidates must be able to work daylight and afternoon shifts, stand 8-10 hours per day, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Shift: Primarily daylight, but position can require the ability to rotate to an afternoon and/or midnight shift when workload is elevated
