A Planned Building Services Operations Manager ensures exceptional service is provided to all residents and their guests. This role is responsible for engineering a professional facilities team that maintains the building lobby and common areas while maintaining our Customer Service Standard while carrying out all workplace expectations and policies including financial management to ensure payroll budgetary goals are met.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Ensures the building janitorial operations are operating effectively and in accordance with Property Management and/or Board of Directors' expectations.

Covers shifts for team members to ensure proper staffing requirements are maintained.
Attends company meetings/trainings and ensures all team members participate in company training sessions.
Requirements:
Experience in a field supervisory or management level position, previous janitorial or hotel-like atmosphere.
Professional background in customer service and hospitality management.
Must be hospitality driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests.
Must be able to coach and mentor team members.
Must possess the ability to multi-task.
Must possess ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to proactively learn about all events, happenings, restaurants, etc. in the local neighborhood.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and the Internet.
Proven organizational skills that exemplify attention to detail from beginning to follow-up on each project undertaken.
Proven leadership ability to develop and motivate team members and effectively provide supervision as well as train members to deliver high level customer service.

Verify that Utilities design input provided in sufficient detail to allow the contractor to build the facility with minimum change required.
Attend & contribute to all Utilities reviews with A/E service provider.
Maintain strong interface with Electrical / Instruments and Mechanical / Piping leads to ensure smooth and co-operative co-ordination through design and construction.
Review and monitor all Utilities construction queries to A/E service provider and ensure that responses to subcontractors are accurate and timely.
Feed accurate and relevant data into all Utilities subcontractor packages.
Support the transfer of knowledge from A/E (design) to CM (construction).
Reviews design drawings, P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), and system layouts

Review and ensure all engineering documents, SOPs, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams are in line with cGMP standards.
Facilitates punch list resolution and post-installation support.
Partner with EH&S teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety best practices.
Ensures systems meet operational requirements before handover to Manufacturing and Maintenance teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in brownfield projects.
5+ years of Project Engineering experience pertaining to Clean Utility deliverables for Life Science Capital Projects.
Strong understanding of clean utility systems including WFI, purified water, clean steam, clean compressed air, and HVAC.
Familiarity with GMP, cGMP, ISPE guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.

Overview:
The Media Relations / Graphic Artist is a part time position that reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Clearpath Discovery. This candidate will be responsible for a variety of items including digital and design media. Candidate must be a self-starter who is capable of delivering brilliant innovative ideas along with remarkable attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has fresh ideas and would like to make a huge impact on education. At the same time would like to build their portfolio of work as well.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Design as needed advertisements, artwork, book covers, brochures, logos, magazine covers, signs, stickers,
t-shirts, web pages and other branding and communication materials.
· Retouch images to improve quality both in print and digital formats
· Sit in on conceptual design meetings and offer educated opinions
· Manage various media outlets including website, Facebook, Instagram
· Develop product illustrations, logos, website graphics, etc. as needed
· Review final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
· Follow deadlines to ensure timely publications
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Qualifications:
· Education and/or Experience: An Associate's Degree or 4 years related experience required. May give credit
towards experience if attained a degree higher than an Associate's Degree. Nonprofit experience is a plus.
· Hands-on experience with graphic design software and image editing tools (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe
Illustrator, Cyerlink Power Director)
· Portfolio of completed graphic designs and creative projects
· A strong eye for visual composition.
· Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
· Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
· Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging,
advertisements, and multimedia design.
· Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software.
